ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They gave a a horrible uneven haircut i hate the person who cut it for forcing so much pain and agony onto my life! I will never forgive thus place so please never come here!

Absolutely terrible. I can even look at myself in the mirror because of how bad my haircut is, this women who apparently has never cut hair a day in her life gave a a uneven short bowl cut and it looks horrible. My hair literally looks like a mushroom, NEVER COME HERE!!!

The girls who work there are young so they prefer young men. Maybe dates or whatever. Me, well I'm a retired guy so when I go in there it seems like no one wants to even touch me. It's happened the two times I've been there so I won't be going back. They'll all be "old" someday. I gave them 2 stars because the cuts are good but they make me feel like scum.

"Went to you store in Kingman Az today transaction 138442 date 6/15/2021 I went in for a trim my hair"

Went to you store in Kingman Az today transaction 138442 date 6/15/2021 I went in for a trim my hair was touching my shoulder she trimmed two inches off took 10 minutes at the most. Went pay for it and was told it is $25 dollars I asked why I had been in there a month and a half ago hair was long and they cut it just above my shoulders and only charged me $15 dollars. I asked why the price is higher this time answer was you got a detailed hair cut. I said well these men come in and they are usually in the the store least 20 minutes or longer the gentleman ahead me only had to $15 dollars. I was disappointed about this . The person that did my hair did a good job. The store number is 105. Yvonne Dubois

I would have gave a 0 but you had to hit one star had a haircut there before was happy with it walked in this time all of a sudden they want you to run home check in online like that was going to happen pulled into another place right down the street very pleased with their services and didn't get refused a haircut because I wasn't computer savvy I don't recommend anybody younger or older that is not computer wise to go to this place you'll be refused service

Stylists talking, restocking, think i saw the manager step out and have a cig while 3 costumers waiting 4. Used to be a big tipper and constant MVP customer here, never going back. Can’t treat costumers like their time doesn’t matter.

We have utilized the Kingman, Arizona branch of SportsClips on several occasions for both my husband and my youngest son. Well...no more! Absolutely APPALLINGLY poor quality cuts and customer service again and again. And we always order the MVP package! Today's experience was so bad and so embarrassing, FOR THEM, they didn't make us pay. The stylist I spent several minutes with showing pictures to and explaining the cut we wanted, was not even the stylist who cut my son’s hair! The woman literally sat my son in her chair, put the white cloth band around his neck, draped him with the black cape, and then asked some girl who came out of the back room to do the haircut instead. My son literally had to switch chairs. I did my best to explain to the new girl what we wanted, but she was argumentative and essentially refused to listen to me. Why didn’t we just leave when we had the chance? I don’t know! I so wish we would have! She butchered by sons thick beautiful hair! He looks ridiculous! I've reached out to the corporate office this time. I am so upset! Where do they get these stylists? Do they have ANY training whatsoever? I've raised 3 boys. I have literally purchased hundreds and hundreds of male haircuts and have never seen anything like what's happening at the SportsClips in Kingman, Arizona. How can this be legal? UNBELIEVABLE! Trust me when I say stay away from this nightmare of a place! You simply can not fix the uneven butcher cuts these low-shelf "stylists" give. And it's not just one or two of their stylists...which we regrettably assumed. It's every one of them! The lowest of the low when it comes to talent. Just horrible! Ugh!!

Lone time custermers be aware there is not any more family discount and they will not tell you until after you get your childrens hair cuts ,then you will pay 15.00 per haircut even for your young children,they removed all priceing boards so you will not know until afterwards and your stuck with way overpriced hair cuts,witch inturn stops lots of tips stylist would normaly get,so the good stylists have already left or soon will,so go here at your own risk !!!! me and my family will never go back !

Horrible. I feel disrespected by this place. She uses a razor for the entire session for 3 mins, showed her my preferred style & not even close, didn’t even bother to clean loose hairs just 2 sec air blow. Very unprofessional, polite during conversation. I will not coming back.
