ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They gave a a horrible uneven haircut i hate the person who cut it for forcing so much pain and agony onto my life! I will never forgive thus place so please never come here!

Went to you store in Kingman Az today transaction 138442 date 6/15/2021 I went in for a trim my hair was touching my shoulder she trimmed two inches off took 10 minutes at the most. Went pay for it and was told it is $25 dollars I asked why I had been in there a month and a half ago hair was long and they cut it just above my shoulders and only charged me $15 dollars. I asked why the price is higher this time answer was you got a detailed hair cut. I said well these men come in and they are usually in the the store least 20 minutes or longer the gentleman ahead me only had to $15 dollars. I was disappointed about this . The person that did my hair did a good job. The store number is 105. Yvonne Dubois

I would have gave a 0 but you had to hit one star had a haircut there before was happy with it walked in this time all of a sudden they want you to run home check in online like that was going to happen pulled into another place right down the street very pleased with their services and didn't get refused a haircut because I wasn't computer savvy I don't recommend anybody younger or older that is not computer wise to go to this place you'll be refused service
